Terrible. While the service ran well the compassion while organising our daughters service was non existant. Was definitely a financial transaction for Metropolitan Funerals. I kid you not the lady taking our money did not offer one condollence to my husband or I…. or a drink of water ….. or a tissue. I was litterally shocked at the lack of even pretend compassion. Extremely rude to our cellebrant and venue also. But what do you do when they already have your loved ones body.
