I am so glad Chance was there when I needed her. 
The Funeral Arrangements, the Funeral Celebration of my Late Husband was not a grief laden event with Guests being mournful. 
 Picualna allowed us to Celebrate Michael and his achievements in a personal service that &#8220;did him proud&#8221;. 
We, my daughters and self wish to Thank You, Karin and Kathryn for your Empathy, compassion, HUMOUR and help throughout this jouney to say goodbye to our Michael.

You and your team are simply amazing, you compassion and understanding with my slightly at times dysfunctional family was very much appreciated. I was blessed and privileged to have you as our funeral director today and you made my dads farewell perfect.

Kathryn&#8217; attention to detail and beautiful ideas to connect family and friends across the globe provided the most beautiful farewell for our precious daughter. Kathryn enabled us all to feel connected despite the COVID travel restrictions and gave us all such a personal experience.

I remember your advice, that J and B should not be rushed and must be consulted in all the decision making. It was so very important, and has clearly helped them in making peace with the world to date, and dealing with their loss on their own terms and in their own special ways.

Hi Kathryn,
On behalf of everyone, I would like to thank the staff in attendance yesterday in particular Scott and yourself for the fantastic service. Your well educated, professional and kind nature had everyone at ease. As I have previously mentioned to you if you recall, I was confident in recommending you to my family based off of our initial conversation over the phone. It was a beautiful, simple, respectful service, just as everyone wanted. Thank you for taking the time to write and read my grandfathers eulogy and representing him in an accurate manner. 
My mum called me yesterday night letting me know how happy she was with everything.

5 star service all round from Joe and his team they are professional, caring and supportive,giving in a tuff time which makes celebrating a love ones life stress free. Cant recommend them more.

If you lose someone you love, I would recommend Tony Sprem and the Team at Blessed Funerals 100%. They were amazing. Our family was stricken by shock and grief and they were so compassionate and caring.
Tony and the team were so knowledgeable in A LOT of the Croatian and religious customs and practices and even helped recommend a live singer to celebrate the loss of our family member.
Blessed Funerals went above and beyond for our family by not just respecting traditions, but helping us make them happen as well. A true personalised services to fit our families’ needs.

Last week our family sadly said good bye to our elderly father and, as was his wish, we had White Lady Funerals conduct his life&#8217;s celebration. 
This was a wonderful choice, as we were more than satisfied with all the care and compassion we received from all the staff from the Narrabeen, NSW office from White Lady. Eva Humphreys, the Location Supervisor gave us great professionalism and care for every detail of the process. Rosemary, Audrey and Helen were also great people to help us through. 
Eva also was able to suggest Kelly Gillies, as a Civil Celebrant for the service and she was exceptional in her empathy and skill to guide us through the arrangements for the actual service. Her conducting of the service was beautiful and we had many comments from our family and friends how excellent Kelly was. She also helped us plan the Order of Service and arrange with Guy and Chrissy Robson from Reflections Cards to print our Order of Service and make a wonderful slide show of our father&#8217;s life, for which we were very grateful. 
Thank you to everyone who helped us so through our sad, but satisfying celebration of Dad&#8217;s long life.
