I am so glad Chance was there when I needed her. 
The Funeral Arrangements, the Funeral Celebration of my Late Husband was not a grief laden event with Guests being mournful. 
 Picualna allowed us to Celebrate Michael and his achievements in a personal service that &#8220;did him proud&#8221;. 
We, my daughters and self wish to Thank You, Karin and Kathryn for your Empathy, compassion, HUMOUR and help throughout this jouney to say goodbye to our Michael.

Trevor Lee &amp; Sons was both well priced and excellent. Darren is truly the best and the most understanding funeral director I have ever met especially at such a heartbreaking time.
I had already spoken to about eight funeral homes in Sydney both large and family owned, including Picaluna (who says wholesale but sadly there was a surprise large fee on top). 
Then Darren at Trevor Lee was recommended by a caterer in the industry who had received many many excellent reports about him and said I would not be disappointed. She was right.
Darren listened and understood very well. He is a wonderful person and very easy to talk to and very easy to contact. 
Darren explained everything very clearly, showed all the options and costs and put them in writing. He could include it all or understand what we would organise separately as we wished. Everything was transparent and no hidden surprises. 
He made the process easy by leading the way, communicating at each step, and didn’t skip a beat in the planning or the service.
Darren’s team in the office and embalming and at the funeral were all terrific during and after.
Mandy (one of Darren’s celebrants) was absolutely wonderful. She led a lovely personalised service reflecting our loved one. We were thankful for help from Mandy and Darren with music choices too, as standard choices from decades past are not really the best any more.
Darren even phoned a while afterwards to check how we were going. My family and I were very grateful to have Darren and his team’s understanding and professionalism be part of our family at such at sad time.

Our family faced two losses in under two months that took a deep blow to us all. Finding Sincere Funerals was heaven sent. From my first initial conversation with John, through every detail of planning, till the moment our beautiful grandmother was laid to rest, his compassionate, sincere care for our family was strongly felt. Caring, Compassionate, Outstanding Service with attention to detail. 
My father Domenico Badolato passed away at RPA Pallative Care Unit earlier this month. I 
contacted Rosa Peronace O&#8217;Hare Funeral Director from the hospital who in such a caring and professional manner guided us through each step of the process from Hospital to Funeral and finally to his resting place. Rosa managed everything to perfection.
