Damian was absolutely wonderful in his guidance and support at this difficult time. I felt I knew what was going on every step of the way from the time I initially contacted him to the actual day of the funeral. His team were also lovely and very respectful. I would highly recommend Crane Funerals when the need arises and would use them again without hesitation.

Gary was amazing. I had never arranged a funeral before but, within 4 days of contacting Gary at Russell Brothers (on a public holiday in March 2020), we had the most perfect funeral for my big brother Paul who died unexpectedly at the young age of 63. It was all arranged by phone and email because I live in Sydney but it couldn&#8217;t have been better or easier or better value. Total cost was less than $7000 for everything including a beautiful service at Bunurong, lovely flowers (huge!), our chosen music, a slide show of Paul&#8217;s life, video recording of the service (with a copy provided on USB), a printed order of service and more. Gary made it perfect in every way. Highly recommended.

The service provided by Chapter House was OUTSTANDING in every way! I was able to work with Troy Upfield of Chapter House to produce the most beautiful, original and authentic celebration of my mother’s life I could have hoped for. Troy went above and beyond in attending to all the detail. He also brings together an “ A Team”. I am so grateful!
