Recently attended a funaral in Greensborough conducucted by Gabrielle Walsh Funeral Services. As a Civil Celebrant myself in the Gippsland region I found the service to be conducted at a very high professional level. It was conducted with love and empathy that every grieving family deserves.

We had Gabrielle attend to all our needs when we had to have a funeral for our dad. We found Gabrielle so great, she was empathetic, professional, friendly, warm and was so in tune with what we needed, we let Gabrielle pick our celebrant which was a perfect match for us, everything was done without us to having to worry, it was perfect, I know my dad would have loved it. Thank you so much Gabrielle for making our farewell to our beautiful dad something that we know he would have picked himself and for allowing us that chance to give him a funeral that was so beautiful. Thank you.

Troy and Chapter House made an incredibly difficult time so much easier. Sensitive guidance on decisions, all requests readily accommodated, and every aspect went smoothly especially the funeral. Thank you for helping us give such a beautiful, tailored tribute to my sister. Highly recommended.

Damian was absolutely wonderful in his guidance and support at this difficult time. I felt I knew what was going on every step of the way from the time I initially contacted him to the actual day of the funeral. His team were also lovely and very respectful. I was able to work with Troy Upfield of Chapter House to produce the most beautiful, original and authentic celebration of my mother’s life I could have hoped for. You were extremely accommodating and flexible which was a tremendous help during this stressful time. It was especially helpful to have someone take us around the cemetery on a separate day so we could take our time and decide on the final resting place for mum. If we could add more stars we would. 
We recently found ourselves looking for Funeral Directors for my Dad&#8217;s Funeral. We went to the big names but we didn&#8217;t feel a connection. We met with Damian and felt instantly that Crane Funerals would be the right people. Damian was so genuine and listened to everything that we said with patience and sincerity. 
The service was a continuation of this. At no time did Crane take over, they were there when we needed them and then blended into the background when we didn&#8217;t. Having been to many Funeral services where the Directors are quite prominent during the service, the way Crane Funeral handled our service was exactly what we were looking for. I&#8217;m not sure whether other Funeral Directors follow up after the service but Damian certainly did. 
We had a few requests after the Funeral and Damian was more than happy to help us. As difficult as the day was, my Dad would have loved his Farewell and we say thanks to Crane for getting us through one of the many difficult stages of losing someone.
